We support those businesses with expertise in areas like technology, innovation and product development – leaving the local teams to excel in areas like sales and operational excellence.

OUR APPROACH

Nose in, fingers out. We take great interest in our subsidiaries but equally know that there will be people much closer to the customer who need to be empowered to exercise great business judgement. We don’t buy businesses just for client lists and billings. We acquire them to make them more profitable and more valuable. Not least by leveraging cross-selling opportunities with other Aldeburgh companies.
